BidTorch is for owner-operators and small crews in the residential trades who want quoting, jobs and invoicing on one flat price. It is not for a 20-truck operation that needs a dispatch board, an in-app AI receptionist or Tap to Pay.
Sixteen trades ship in the product: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, roofing, landscaping, remodeling, painting, concrete, fencing, gutters, garage doors, drywall, decks, siding, and a general option.
The sweet spot is two to ten people. Past that, the bigger platforms earn their price with dispatch, fleet and call-center features BidTorch does not try to match.
