Several things, stated plainly. BidTorch has no Tap to Pay or contactless card reading, no AI voice or hands-free assistant, and no AI receptionist inside the product (Hoss Automation offers missed-call follow-up as a separate service; it does not answer calls or book jobs). There is no natural-language analytics agent, only a Reports page. QuickBooks is a direct connection for US QuickBooks Online companies (invoices, payments both ways, voids), not a full two-way sync. If any of those are must-haves, BidTorch is the wrong fit.
Partially, and the honest word is co-branding. Today, white-label in BidTorch means your logo plus two brand colors, alongside a permanent "Powered by BidTorch" badge that cannot be removed. Custom domains are not available. If you need customer-facing pages served on your own domain with no vendor mark anywhere, BidTorch does not do that.
