The short answer
Yes. When a job is marked complete, BidTorch sends the customer an automatic review request pointed at your Google listing, on every plan.
Set your Google review link once under Settings. Completing a job triggers the request; you do not have to remember to send it.
The completed-job event also fires a webhook, so a shop that wants a different review flow, a text through its own number, a delay, a different platform, can build it with Make or Zapier.
