The short answer
No. An accepted quote becomes a job with the scope already attached, and the job carries scheduling, time tracking, photos, notes, a punch list and change orders through to the invoice.
The moment the customer signs, the quote converts. The accepted option's lines are the job's scope; the customer, address and deposit come with it.
From there the job is the working record: schedule it on the calendar, assign it, clock time on it, add photos and notes, send change orders, and invoice it when it is done. The customer follows along on a private status page without a login.
Recurring work runs the same way: a maintenance plan generates its visits as jobs.
