The short answer
Partly. Sent invoices push to QuickBooks Online and payments recorded in QuickBooks reconcile the BidTorch invoice; it is not a full two-way sync, and pulling customers or estimates from QuickBooks into BidTorch is not built in.
Connect QuickBooks Online under Settings and each invoice you send is created in QuickBooks. When a payment is recorded in QuickBooks against it, the BidTorch invoice is marked paid.
What does not happen: BidTorch does not read your QuickBooks customer list or estimates, and it does not sync your chart of accounts. Shops that need more than push-and-reconcile use the webhooks with Make or Zapier.
Every quote, job and invoice event also fires a webhook, so an accounting flow that QuickBooks Online does not cover can still be automated.
