The short answer
No. AI quote drafting and AI follow-ups are included on every BidTorch plan, including Solo, with no per-use meter.
Two things in BidTorch use AI. The first drafts a quote from what you tell it and your own price book. The second writes the follow-up when a sent quote goes quiet, using that quote's real facts: how many days it has been out, whether the customer opened it, the option names, the expiry date.
Both are part of the plan price. There is no AI add-on, no per-message charge and no separate AI tier.
What BidTorch does not have is an AI receptionist or voice assistant in the product. That is a separate done-for-you service from the company behind BidTorch, not a feature of the app.
